Terms and Conditions –Celebrate Galentine’s Day
1. Event Details
The Galentine’s Day LEGO Build Event will take place on *Sunday, 22 February 2026 at 14:00* at *BrickTopia, 136 North Rand Road, Boksburg.
2. Tickets and booking
All tickets must be purchased in advance. Tickets are subject to availability and are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. A valid ticket is required for each participant attending the event.
3. Ticket inclusions
Each ticket includes one LEGO set as specified at the time of booking, a hosted in-store LEGO build experience, and in-store guidance from the BrickTopia team. LEGO sets included in the ticket are discounted for event participants and are not redeemable for cash or exchange.
4. Age requirements and supervision
The event is open to participants aged 7 years and older.
Children must be accompanied by an adult, with *one adult per child*. The accompanying adult must remain on the premises for the duration of the event.
5. Event duration and participation
The event will begin promptly at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may join the build in progress but may miss parts of the guided experience. BrickTopia is not responsible for incomplete builds due to late arrival
6. Cancellations and refunds
Tickets are *non-refundable*. If a ticket holder is unable to attend, tickets may be transferred to another participant, provided BrickTopia is notified in advance. LEGO sets cannot be exchanged or substituted if a participant does not attend.
7. Changes to the event
BrickTopia reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the event format, timing, or LEGO set availability if necessary. In the unlikely event that the event is cancelled by BrickTopia, ticket holders will be offered a full refund or an alternative date.
8. Health and safety
Participants are expected to follow all in-store safety guidelines and staff instructions. BrickTopia reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is disruptive or unsafe, without refund.
9. Photography and media
Photographs and videos may be taken during the event for marketing and promotional purposes. By attending the event, participants consent to the use of such images unless they notify BrickTopia in writing prior to the event.
10. Limitation of liability
Participation in the event is at the attendee’s own risk. BrickTopia shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the event, except where required by law.
11. General
By purchasing a ticket, attendees agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. BrickTopia reserves the right to refuse entry or participation to any individual who does not comply with these Terms.
