Connect the Tots! Terms and Conditions

1. General Information

TheConnect the Tots!Workshop (“the Event”) is hosted byBrickTopia PTY (LTD)in collaboration withNikki Bush & Connect the Tots!, taking place at136 North Rand Road, Boksburg, 1459on the23rd and 30th of November 2025, from14h00 to 17h00.
These Terms and Conditions govern attendance, payment, participation, and conduct during the Event. By booking or attending, participants agree to abide by all terms stated below.

2. Registration and Payment

• Attendance is confirmedonly upon full paymentofR450 per person.

• Payment must be made prior to the event via the approved booking link or directly at BrickTopia’s store.

• Each booking includes:

  • Light refreshments

  • Event notes

  • One LEGO® DUPLO® poly bag

  • Jelly Tots and toothpicks for the workshop activity

  • A 10% discount voucher valid on toys or games purchased during the event only.

• The cost isnon-refundable and non-transferable, unless otherwise stated under the Cancellation Policy.

3. Attendance

• This event isfor adults only. Regrettably,no childrenare permitted to attend.

• Seating and materials are limited; participants are encouraged to arrive at least15 minutes before the startof the session to allow for registration and seating.

• Late arrivals may be permitted entry at the discretion of the organisers but will not receive additional time or refunds.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellationsmade7 days or morebefore the event date may be eligible for a50% refund, provided written notice is received via email.

• No refundswill be issued for cancellations madewithin 7 daysof the event or for non-attendance.

• In the unlikely event that the organiser cancels the workshop due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, venue issues, or insufficient bookings), participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a rescheduled date.

5. Health and Safety

• BrickTopia andNikki Bushare committed to ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience.

• All participants must follow the facilitator’s instructions at all times to ensure safety during interactive activities.

• The workshop involves small items (LEGO® pieces, toothpicks, sweets, etc.)—participants are advised to handle these responsibly and avoid ingestion or unsafe use.

• The organisers acceptno liabilityfor injuries, allergic reactions, or losses incurred as a result of participant negligence or non-compliance with instructions.

• Please notify the organisers in advance of any allergies or dietary restrictions related to provided refreshments.

6. Intellectual Property and Photography

• All workshop materials, handouts, and content are the intellectual property ofConnect the Tots!andNikki Bush, and may not be reproduced, distributed, or sold without prior written consent.

• Photography and filming may occur during the event for marketing and promotional purposes. By attending, participants consent to the use of their likeness in such media.

• If you do not wish to appear in photos or videos, please inform the organiser upon arrival.

7. Behaviour and Conduct

• Participants are expected to maintain a respectful and positive environment throughout the workshop.

• Disruptive, inappropriate, or disrespectful behaviour may result in removal from the event without refund.

• The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or participation to anyone acting in a way that compromises the safety or enjoyment of others.

8. Discounts and Promotions

• The10% discount voucheris valid for theday of the event onlyand cannot be exchanged for cash, used in conjunction with other promotions, or applied retroactively.

• The discount applies only to in-store purchases made atBrickTopiaduring the event hours.

• Discounts do not apply to rare or exclusive lines, limited-edition sets, or already discounted items.

9. Liability Disclaimer

• The organizers, facilitators, and venue acceptno responsibilityfor personal belongings, lost items, or damage sustained during attendance.

• Participation in hands-on activities is voluntary and at your own risk.

• While every effort is made to provide accurate information and guidance,BrickTopiaandNikki Bushmake no guarantees regarding specific educational or developmental outcomes.

10. Amendments

The organisers reserve the right to modify the date, time, venue, or content of the workshop if necessary. Any material changes will be communicated to all registered participants via email or phone.
